The Challenge

  • Migrate up to three million content items from existing HCL Connections cloud collaboration platform into Microsoft Office 365
  • Content types in Connections are not fully supported by Office 365, as such a transformation was key to ensure content could ‘fit’
  • Connections would be decommissioned and the content had to be moved in less than 6 months
  • All content had to be accountable and consistent once migrated to Office 365
